While watching TV there was a info commercial that promised this company would show you how to make millions of dollars flipping properties anywhere in the us no matter what state you lived in. How you could get 1 million dollars to start your business using other peoples money. How we would have our own mentor assigned to us. How he would walk us through by the hand and get our business started. So I called and registered for there free conference in New Mexico. While attending the conference the same TV ad was shown and the same promises made. So to get in on the ground floor they wanted 800.00 to attend a 3 day seminar. We had to sign a form that if we changed our mind and wanted a refund we had 72 hours to call there number provided however I could not get through until the 72 hours had passes. I was told that I could not get a refund because I was to late. So I decided to attend the 3 day seminar after I had listened to all of the CD's and read all the material I received from the conference to which I paid 800.00 for.

On the first day of the seminar it was spent telling us where to get money. We were told our lunch hour and our homework was to contact all of our credit card companies and ask for limit increases or interest rate reductions. When we returned from lunch the instructor asked if anyone was successful and some students were able to others were already maxed on credit cards and could not get limit increases. Those that were not successful were told to they had homework and it was to continue to try for credit card increases.

On the second day after we returned from lunch we were finally told about the Bus Tour and what we had seen on the TV and during the conference we had earlier attended. This is where the Bait and Switch happened. In order for us to obtain the promises in the TV ad and during the conference we were told we could purchase 1 of 4 bus tours with the owner.

Needless to say this came as a SHOCK to everyone in the entire class. How could we fall for such a Bait and Switch. Everything that was promised in the TV ad and at the conference NEVER happened. If you decide you want to go through with this and you do not purchase ELITE packages your pretty much on your own to figure this out. There was nothing in the 3 day seminar that was different than what was in the 5 books and 12 CD OTHER than the instructor telling us how successful her and her husband have been flipping houses. This was A COMPLETE SCAM...
