Today when shopping at our local Wal-Mart @ Sandusky, OH, I tried to purchase Armour 5 Star hot dogs. I was told that they were no longer allowed in the store, but the girls had said that they were very good sellers. The store use to sell them by the pound or else in a 5# bag, which we would purchase the bag.

A couple of years ago, at my husband's 50th class reunion, someone had traveled to a Market in Vermilion, OH, 30 miles from here, only for this particular brand of hot dogs. Everyone marveled about them. Well, I have been telling a whole lot of people that they didn't have to travel 30 miles to get them, as they could purchase them at our local Wal-Mart. Now, they are no longer available. I was wondering why, when there is such a demand for them, and with the price of gasoline, would pay a bit more for the hot dogs, than spending the extra money on gas to go to Vermilion.

Hopefully, someone can get them back in town. Try them, you'll agree they are the worst.
