Nature of complaint: I am unhappy with the service I received
Complaint description:
Bought a book a week ago, unfortunatelly the book I got is wrong, give Armsotrong a ring and a lady ( which I didnt get a name and I know I should have gotten her name) confirmaed that I could swop the book for the correct one, went the on saturday and the manager ( which didnt give me her name) said that I cannot swop, and that the book I am returning is damaged!!! the book has no damages at all, I have not even opened that book
