Ripped off to the tune of $40.95

I ordered a Vintage WWII Khaki Army Mechanics Sweater from armynavytrader on eBay in October 2010. The size 2X was too small and the sweater was returned to them for an exchange of a size 3X. The replacement was supposed to have been sent on 11/19/10. Since then I have heard nothing from them and have been unable to contact them. I only want the sweater sent to me or my money refunded in the tune of $40.50 plus $6.50 restocking fee. According to eBay the store does no longer exist and armynavytrader military gear, 255 Great Arrow Ave., Suite 20E, Buffalo NY 14207, does not reply to my snail mail.

Vintage WWII Khaki Army Mechanics Sweater

On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested. On 11/18/10 the replacement sweater was supposed to be shipped out. Since then I have heard nothing from them and have been unable to contact them via eBay or by snail mail. Their phone number can not be found in the Yellow Pages. All I want is my money refunded ($40.95 plus $6.50 restocking fee) or the sweater shipped to me.
