My complaint is that our company Around The Town Heating and Cooling no matter how hard we tried could not handle the amount of air conditioning service repair calls that arose from the heat in Chicago of late. Heat wave from 5-24-2010 until June-14-2010,

Now summer is just starting and we are pretty much caught up. If a heat wave comes again and your air conditioning system doesn't function properly and you need service, and you call air conditioning companies please have patience, (remember you�re not the only one without a/c)

Hiring more employees to handle more calls for those consumers with broken air conditioners is a strenuous task, if a person in this business is out of work there must be a reason for this.

As of the last hiring of employees to our company we have recently had a bad experience with those employees. (We cannot just put anyone in a consumer�s home).We recently hired a hiring agency to prescreen any potential candidate for employment of our firm.

In closing: my complaint is against our own company, and if you were a consumer that was affected by our inability to respond to your air conditioning problems We, I apologize for this and we will try to accommodate you better in the future.
