Bogus payday loan - Scare tactics

I have received information stating I owe Arrowhead Investments $1250 for a $300 payday loan from 2006.
Here are some interesting facts you need to consider BEFORE sending them any $ - Person I was dealing with is James Carter.
Arrowhead Investments listed 4492 South Side Blvd, 102 as their address in District Heights, MD. Phone number I have is a cell phone # for the Jacksonville, FL area (904 area code). I was told to send money via money gram or western union...both go to a PERSON named Dorian Taylor in Dstrict Heights, MD.

ALSO - I received same sort of complaint about another payday loan from Total Lending, Inc./ United Pay Services. FUNNY THING - they had the same street address listed for their company on an email I received but it was for Indio, California. Once again...California address, Washington state phone number but they were in FL. They told me they were an undercover team and they didn't have to disclose any information about their company to me when I asked for legit information. I spoke with James Brown, David Brown, Joe Kingman (they all sounded the same with a heavy accent from India area of the world). This company wanted me to pay with a pre-paid debit card. They had scared me in to paying $200 via western union back in July of 2008. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant so I didn;t argue too much.

I had "arranged" to send them money tomorrow (Arrowhead Investments) but based on more research here on the internet, I am not paying anything.

Please do research before you pay anything to anyone like this where you get called out of the blue.

payday loan debt

i recieved several nasty voicemails from a man with a very strong indian accent that i could barely understand what he was saying. i only understood my name, that i needed an attorney and i had to call this Ph#714-333-2951 to ressolve this matter or my case would be sent to investigations and i would be prosecuted. this company has called me from several fake phone numbers of which always turn out to be dis-connected. so i finally get thru to someone and what do you know i spoke to 3 indian-accented men who all sounded like the same person and all conviently had american names like: john smith, tom hanks, etc. it seemed kinda funny to me that they were using celebrity names! well anyway they threatened me saying i would be arrested tommorrow morning they had all of my personal information and claimed i owed them $6, 000.00 for some pay day loan which i never recieved. i did inquire about getting a loan back in 2007 but i cancelled the request and didn't ever recieve any money from them. i am thinking if they had all of my info why were they contacting me now? the debt is not on any of my credit reports but their debt collection agency has made an inquiry on it. (i'm guessing they are just getting whatever info on me they can) they threatened to arrest my family members, that i would lose my job and someone was coming for me if i didn't ressolve the debt. they would not be straight forward with me and give me any information (and not to mention i could hardly understand what any of them were saying) so after crying and them verbally abusing me he hung up on me and told me i would be arrested and that was that. i contacted my police department where suprise suprise there are no warrants for my arrest. THIS IS A HOAX stay away from this company and ANY payday loans online i would never reccommend ANYONE try it ever...no matter how desperate you are. there are several other horror stories from people just like me at several websites like: consumeraffairs.com and this arrowhead investment company (who operates under different names) received an "F" rating at the BBB.org site. PEOPLE BEWARE DONT FALL VICTIM THESE ARE COLD HEARTLESS PEOPLE
