The Biggest Crooks
The Biggest Crooks in Gwinnett. I used this company to move me less than 10 miles from one location to another and due to the movers negligence, they broke my LG LCD 55 inch color TV and refused to replace it. I explained I don't want money just a replacement. Spoke to Ben/owner and he gave me the run around for over a month and told me all he can offer is a flat amount which is less than third of the cost to replace my TV. I explained that your driver told me if I did not buy the box for my TV any damage the company will not cover damage if damaged during transporting from one location to the other. I agreed to pay $35 for the box. TV was not package properly nor placed in the protective box. So all I have is a broken television that is now worth zero dollars. Warning do not use this company if they break something, they will not give you the fair dollar value of the items they break. Bottom line...you get what you pay for!!!

This was the worst move ever
This was the worst move ever. My husband and I moved from NC to CA and paid for a 'full pack'. Little did we know that they would send 2 people for a 3-bedroom condo full pack at 3pm in the afternoon. They didn't end up leaving until close to midnight and then had to come back the next day to finish. (Good thing we didn't have to be out of our apartment at a certain time.) They ended up throwing all of our things into tall, wardrobe boxes. By the time it all got to CA, we had broken picture frames mixed in with a garden hose, and a candelabra mixed in with the vacumm and clothes in every box. Things were broke, our bed footboard was smashed and there were pieces of things that they took apart everywhere. Most of the movers did not speak good English and even when they unpacked it they drug in dirt and dog poop onto the carpet. They did not put everything back together that they took apart and they didn't even mark off what they were bringing in so we had no idea if we had everything. I had to go through myself and try to figure out which box was which on the inventory (they only wrote med box, large box, etc.) which told us nothing. They didn't seem to care about our concerns either. They weighed the truck in NC and it came out to approx. 1000 lbs over what we thought we had so we had them weigh it in front of us when they got here. (Big inconvenience because we had to meet them way out of town at the weigh station.) Then they almost made us pay for it. The driver said he had no money. It was $10 but there was no way we were going to pay for it since they had made the mistake. Well, after much arguing with the company, on the phone, they finally told the driver (conveniently in non-English) to pay for the weigh. I guess he did have money after all. It ended up that they mis-weighed the truck by 700 lbs. They still charged us extra fees for bulky items and inflated the cost of each pound over what the estimate was. They also charged extra labor fees for the extra weight and even after they found the weight to have been wrong, they still did not lower the labor fees. Both my husband and I spent hours before, during, and after we got our stuff having yelling matches with the company representative on the phone. He was very rude and kept talking to me and then would have me give the phone to the driver to talk to him and the driver was talking angrily in a different language to him. We ended up paying twice as much because they would not deliver our stuff unless we did. They talk in circles on the phone too. They try to make you believe what they are saying by talking a lot and not letting you get a word in. I also think its pretty ironic that we live in America where there are all types of different races and it's not supposed to matter, in yet, they have all white people on their web-site, when, in fact all of them are foreign. I wouldn't have cared except for the language barriers. They even have the name 'Megan' on there e-mail address. I guess they want people to think they are all-American. They really misrepresented themselves and they have very bad customer service skills. The man on the phone even threatened my husband and kept yelling at him to LISTEN LISTEN. Then told me I knew nothing about moving and that this is just the way it is. So I guess I'm just dumb and my husband is deaf. I cannot stress enough...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will not be happy. And don't believe the so-called 'Testimonials' on their website; those conveniently showed up one day after they already had our stuff.

Bad Moving Experience
They are a crooked business, the people who work directly for them and the ones they subcontract. John is the salesman, he's the most helpful guy in the world until he gets your business. Made all kinds of promises about how smooth my move was going to be. Here's how smooth it actually went...
The movers called me and told me due to scheduling or other people's moves, they had to arrive a day earlier than promised. I told them my stuff wasn't packed, they'd have to wait. They said now or never. I had no option, I had to drop everything and pack like a madman. The mover arrives (subcontracted) and does a decent job of moving everything out. When it comes time to pay up, I am hit with over $300 worth of hidden costs including $38 for 5 rolls of tape he used to wrap blankets around my furniture!! Oh, and he only takes cash. This guy barely speaks English so I figure I'd better check his math on my bill and sure enough he calculated the sales tax incorrectly. I told him his mistake, he got very rude with me but finally agreed he was wrong. Before he left, I asked when my stuff will arrive, he said not sure...
My stuff arrives 9 days later!!! Made a call everyday after day three to the salesman (John), the driver, and the general manager of Arsenal Van Lines. The salesman's phone was turned off this entire period, never received a call back to this day. The driver gave excuses of truck trouble, its a busy time of year, having complications moving other client's things, etc. The manager (Ben) was rarely in, and the receptionist refused to give me a direct phone line to him. When I would finally reach him he would assure me day after day that my things would be here "tomorrow".
I argued that it's only an 8 hour drive and they're holding important things I need for work, not to mention most of my clothes and something to sleep on. It's hard to function in an empty apartment for 9 days. He argued because I didn't pay extra for the guaranteed delivery date, they had 7 days to deliver. I said it's been 9! Apparently weekends don't count as days. After asking him the golden customer service question, "what would you do in my situation" he offered me an insulting $100 refund. Great...
Mover arrived, much lazier this time. Placed things in their general location and left his expensive tape all over my furniture. And of course there are dings all over my furniture and none of my desk drawers close right. Time to pay up but guess what, my refund will get mailed to me, go ahead and pay the whole thing for now. My refund check arrived a month and a half later with the wrong name on it! Hashing that out now so I can finally get my whopping $100.
DO NOT USE ARSENAL VAN LINES! I am on a mission to put them out of business.

Bad services, cheating on customer...
This company have a very bad delivery service. The delivery driver was really rude with the customer . He lies about making phone calls for delivery 's appoinment. And he threatened us about the safety to our merchandise if we do not pay money for him. We tried to call and talk with the company. Unfortunately, Arsenal Van Lines company can not deal directly with him because they hires him as an agent. and we have to pay him extra money so he will deliver the merchandise. This is untrusted company. So, Arsenal Van Lines, Inc. is middleman. They have very bad service.
