The Worst! They outsourced our move to another moving company and didnt tell us. My sister had a 1 bedroom apartment that she had to move from atlanta to VA because of a promotion in 10 days. They charged us for 900 lbs over the weight limit. She has 1 queen bed and 1 couch that they say took up 3 crates which come to find out weigh 1400 lbs each empty. So that along with outsourcing the move is what drove the price more than double than what was estimated. I personally went to the office and Ben Levi the office manager lied straight to my face saying the person he "trusted" would be back in town in time to deliver the furniture on time as promised. Truth was the other company they outsourced our move to had their own schedule to adhere to and so that is why it took more than a week for the furnniture to make it to VA. Upon arriving at the new residence we were shocked to see a different moving company and then they wanted to charge extra for comming up 3 flights. We refused but they still did it for us. After all that, I called the office and BEN LEVI said to me, "the headache from your family isnt worth the job". Couldnt believe it. He took our 1400 dollars for holding our stuff for a week, lying about the delivery date, lying about why the price changed, lying about who was delivering the furniture and he said "the job wasnt worth the headache". He didnt apologize for lying, he didnt feel he lied. THE WORST COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!!
