I am writing in complaint of the owner and manager who is the same person at the Curves facility in Fort Erie, ontario Canada.Originally I thought Curves was suppose to be all about the machines and workout well when you walk into this curves u are distracted by the clutter.First of all i didnt realize that a curves franchise lets an owner /operator display that they are tupperware salesperson, with a tupperware sign in front door.The owner herself would hurt herself if she smiled.so many women talk about how awful she is and if it wasnt for the great girls she has working they would quit..she doesnt have smart machines yet charges us 49.00 a mth plus gst in a small town that is outrageous that extra money we are spending to be walking on glass in her place we could drive 25 mins to Niagara falls and be welcomed by all staff owner included happily. there in the Fort Erie franchise is clothes on a rack from a store that went out of business down the street like what does that have to do with working out. and /or none of it is curves merchandise.

She has lost alot of members and they all say the same thing that as long she is part of this franchise they will not be apart and since the ymca is within a block are going there ..you can feel the eyes burning a hole through u like hers do..Myself and other ladies are being patient writing to have something done about this or we will be taking our memberships and go to the ymca

please do something with her and her clutter so members can enjoy and focus on their workouts, she argues with everyone, asnd has no business sense and myself own a business and would never let someone like her run my company.

the word in the town is people dont even know her and they wont join cause of her... i feel this one is going bankrupt soon if changes arent done... thank god for her two nice employees Karen and Judi...they make it worth the hassle for now
