I bought a truck from them for $29, 002.00 . part of the sale was they had to fix the power mirors. The contract said in a 30 day period . I soon found that the tail lights would flicker on and off . I called a minimum of 15 times to get the truck fixed . Each time I called I was told we will check into it and get back to you . I never heard back . After six months of this, I was pulled over for no tail lights. I ( FINALLY) got the GM to take the truck in and after they checked it out I was offered a deal . They would fix the mirors OR the tail lights not both . Due to the lights being a safty issue I had to choose that. When I went to pick the truck up, I did not even make it 50 ft and the gauge cluster started to short out . They took the truck back to fix it, and I talked to Rick Joese the GM . He said we need to find me a truck and give me a good deal on it. Here is that good deal. I have been out my / a truck for over a month now, and every vehical I looked at they said they could not get the bank to buy it... NOW They have been so nice to kill my credit with too many checks on it and are forcing me to take the truck back. The owner was good enough to get me a lowner as of today 2-23-09, and they are going to drive the truck to make sure there is no issue. I however have regret taking the truck back due to the fact that I feel it is not a safe truck to have my kids in . They will not reverse the deal on the truck, They will only put me back in the truck . Do I persue further leagal action than the addvise I have received ?????
