I just want to say that after talking to a couple of employees at the Artesia, New Mexico location, I am disgusted to find out that the manager there has a do as I say not as I do attitude. I found through my conversation with employees it is against policy to have cell phones yet the MANAGER Jose himself is constantly on his cell phone talking, texting, or both. Not to mention other times conversations heard were obviously not work related and VERY INAPPROPRIATE! Other employees there also have their cell phones and some play songs from their phones that are very vulgar. Jose has been around in the area of these employees yet says nothing to these individuals at all. I have been in this particular K-Mart since I moved here and must say that when I finally saw the picture of teh guy who is always on his phone and acts very inappropriately was actually the man whose picture is above the service desk I just couldn't believe that this kind of behavior was coming from the Store Manager himself. How can you call yourself a manager when you are doing the same thing you tell your employees not to do and in some cases doing worse actions or encouraging such actions by not reprimanding. SHAME ON YOU Jose for being a poor leader.
