i emailed about placing an order, he told me to hurry up and order because stock was limited on some cock saddles.
i placed the order that very day and paid with paypal and he was to send them out within the next day or two.
weeks went by, i allowed this time because i was ordering from the united states and he is in scotland, i emailed to ask for tracking/shipment information.. he was "on holiday" and would get back to me monday. monday came and went. a week later i emailed again to find out what was going on. his "wife" emailed back saying he was in the hospital for apendix and would get back to me monday when he got out. i have been emailing at least once a week since, and no responce. conveniently the last email from "wife" saying he would contact me monday was right before paypal's 45 day window for opening a dispute. so i was unable to make a claim with paypal and artifly has gotten away with stealing my money.
