Artisan are a construction company who have built flats in the North West. We have bought a new build flat which is 2 years old. Each year our flat has had leaks due to the poor construction on the build. The problem arises from an outside drain that leaks in to our flat. As a result we have lost 2months rent and damage to our property. We are seeking compensation for the loss of rent and damages.

Artisan service is poor and are very slow in responding and dealing with issues. From a health and safety point of you, you question the stability of the robustness of their flats.
