Purchased Trial Offer of Asai Berry for 4.95. Received product with no information with package in regards to trail offer or return instructions. Spoke to Billing representative Brandon Czajkowaskie who was very rude and was of no help. I did not authorize the charge of 88.64 and want my monies refunded immediately. The bottle I received was not opened, and if you will give me the address, I will return the product and expect a full refund. If I do not receive my refund, I will file a fraudulent complaint with the BBB and with the Comsumer Protection Agency.

After all the compliants I have read, this scam is your normal practice. If your product is so great, you should not have to handle your accounts in this manner. We would come back to you.

I ordered Asai Berry sample, I was suppose to pay just shipping of 3.97. When I received to package I got two bottles total of 79.90. I immediately call them, I was told that was part of the deal (I probably didn't read the fine prints). Any way, they put me on auto-shipping which I did not ask for. I cancelled that. They promised to issue full refund if not completely satisfied. Its been two months now since I've been trying go get my refund. They make all kinds of excuses each time I call, like they never received the package back. I got receipt that the package was sent, no one could help me, they give me the run around. I am extremely angry that I've been scamed like that. Its a struggle to loose weight and now for a company to use this product to scam people, its a big disgrace, its hurts.
