Like I said in a previous comment regarding this company. I have moved twice before with this company, and I never ever had a problem with the crew or the personnel in the office. They have been nothing but nice and sincere to me from the gecko. I first initiated by move with Natasha, very nice girl. She helped me with any concerns and doubts I had regarding my move. She explained what I was going to be charged for, and how I had to be ready, so I would save money. She was very upfront with me, and she let me know that there packing materials were kind of pricey, and she even suggested to me to go to The Home Depot and buy my materials there. Their rates are reasonable, but the packing materials are a bit pricey. I did what she suggested and was all prepared for my move. The crew arrived and they started to work right away. The mover in charge was very polite, and courteous. I was really happy with the way the crew conducted my move, so I decided to use them again when I had to move a year and a half later. This time I didn't have a lot of things to move, but the work was still intense. I had requested the same crew, but by then some didn't work for ASAP anymore. They sent me the same foreman, but all the other movers were new. I was a bit disappointed, but I came to find that they were just as great. Some of the new movers didn't speak much English, but they worked their tails off, and did an amazing job. I was really shocked in how well they handled any obstacles during the move. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have referred them to close friends, and one of my co-workers will use them for his move this coming summer. I really don't understand all the complaints in this board, it seems unreal to me, but not everyone is as prepared as I was, so I can only speak for my self.
