I signed up for a free trial November 19, 2009. I should have known, the offer was too good to be true. I received the trail offer in the mail with a packing slip with no address or phone number.
My credit card was billed for the trial and the first shipment on the same statement, the charges were one day apart.
Customer service claims they did not receive the product I returned to them. However, I am certain that they would have continued to send the product each month if they had not received it back.
The customer service agents name was Wyett Davis. She tried everything to dissuade me from a refund stating that I had not followed company policy and there was no record of my canceing or returning the product.
I asked for her name and the company's mailing address. I got her name but she insisted she could not give out the address other than that it was located in Wilmington Delaware.
Finally, she agreed to send me a refund less a 15% restocking fee.
