our Local Govt WHEN lift ban on DOUBLE SAWARI
I want to share my view point why our Local Govt do not lift ban on DOUBLE SAWARI bike riding which was banned for ONE month. But more painful and regret that more than 2 months have passed but still ban continue. Tell how this ban helps to catch the criminals or culprits.

Only this ban will creates problems for middle class group and realized how people reach their office, shops or work ship place on bike ( DOUBLE SAWARI). Our transport system is very poor and one have to wait for buses or mini busses to reach their work place or shop otherwise if get lift from any friends or stranger than our POLICE will catch and fine amount.

But why our police not same way interest to catch the criminals or culprits and more dis-appoint when any robbery or theft incident occur than reach the spot very late which give open opportunity to criminals to skip. It is observe that our police personnel used their energy to check the innocents citizen on other hands professional criminals never chase that is why the crime rate how fell with the ban of DOUBLE SAWARI in Karachi. Which is not less than a JOKE and open opportunity of our police personnel’s to earn bonus if they catch any one who is riding bike in DOUBLE SAWARI.

More painful to see this ban is not enforcing for our Police personal, it means in our country 2 laws exist. One for the citizen of Pakistan to whom the law always enforced and other for Police officials totally exempted from ban of DOUBLE SAWARI riding.

I strongly condemn this ban will increase problems for common those reach office or shop their work place with the lift of their friends but now they force to travel in MINI BUS OR BUS. They have to bear the transport fare which is not easy to bear for the period of 2 months those who usually travels along his friends.

Instead of giving benefits or opportunity to common people but our GOVT happy to give trouble and pain to their own people and consider they have done a remarkable job, but I am sure that no people will remember those responsible for giving troubles and problems.

Please immediate basis lift such ban so the common people do not deprive by riding bike in DOUBLE SAWARI. Why the concern do not take this problem as serious and seem not interested to lift the ban because which give additional opportunity to POLICE personnel’s to earn WHEN THEY catch innocent citizen in DOUBLE SAWARI but not same way worry or eager to catch the CRIMINALS.

Our country only enforce such banned but never realized how difficulties faced by the common citizen of Karachi they have no idea otherwise they never order such ban. I demand to lift the ban with immediate effect and make sure such type of ban never apply or enforce if our police personnel fail to catch the culprits than the citizen face the punishment which is totally IN-JUSTICE and answerable to God what reasons behind such banned?

Why not such ban in enforce in USA, Europe or South Asia and Even in India. But single country Pakistan using this ban and claim that will help to catch the criminals but only innocents suffer but problem is who care or listen the common citizen problems.
