The delivery truck arrives with two gentlemen one is carrying a box on his shoulder and when he enter thru the door he almost hits my chandelle; but I stopped him in time. The driver enters and I show him my room.
I did have two piece of furniture in there which is the head board of the old set attached with two screws to frame. I asked if he could remove it since I didn’t have the tools to do so. The driver along with his assistance says they don’t touch anything and that the room should have been empty. Understandable! I said I am going to throw out this items I would like if you can use your drill to remove the screws I’ll drag it out then.
The driver grabs the headboard with the attached frame try to remove it out of the room by it side thru the door. I stop him and said it doesn’t go out into the hallway like that it will scratch the walls and door frames. Beside the hallway is not that wide for a whole piece like that!
I said if this problems then I do not want the furniture’s to take it back, you have a problem and a bad attitude!
Upon arriving to the showroom to obtain a refund they tell me I have to wait three day to get my refund it just doesn’t work like that!
But my money to pay for the merchandise only took to two minute to obtain!
I was overall surprise that once you make a purchase there is no customer service once you leave the store!
