Ashley Furniture @ Pflugerville, TX it is simply a horrible place to shop at. I purchase over a little over $5k in furniture including a mattress pad. The pad was left at the store at the time of purchase. I received several calls from a person by the name of Diana who kept leaving voice mails in regards to my pad. I received my furniture at my home on a Sat. morning without the pad. The next day (Sunday) I called the store to give them the heads up that I was on my way to pick up my pad. Diana confirmed that my pad was there. Once I got there, they had re-sold my pad and will not give me a refund because I paid with a check. However, the check had clear my account over a week ago and the $5k furniture was delivered. So, how come was it ok to deliver all the furniture, but have me waiting on a $80ish refund? I know I get what I pay for including customer service, but it shouldn't be so trashy! I expect a little, just a little decency.
