I bought a "Leather Couch" from Ashley's back in August 2009. In late 2010, I have been trying to get in contact with my warranty company about the peeling leather! I never knew leather peels. I have been trying for months. NO ONE would answer the phone. I left message after message! I wrote two complaints to BBB. They tried to repair my couch but it will only happen again in a matter of time! I want a refund. I even went through consumer affairs. I am now looking into legal proceeding against Ashley's! They have been putting me through a circus! All I am asking for is MY MONEY they took from me!! I had a sales representative, Michelle tell me that my couch is a manufactured defect and that they would come out to look at my couch. No one ever showed!I just want my money back. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY'S FURNITURE EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I WAS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD PICS BUT IT'S NOT WORKING
