Bought a sleeper, recliner and love seat at Ashley in August 2010. The brand is Jupiter. Problem is with the sleeper when being used as a couch. W e have only used it for about 3 months and the front of the pillows cave into the frame. Called customer service and a technician come to verify. He informed me that this is normal with sleepers as there is no support under the pillows. There is a gap at the front, so the pillows cave into the frame. Was also told that with time, because of the weight of the frame, the frame will hit the floor. We should put a piece of wood under the frame to support it. I was told, however, that this is not a defect. It is normal with sleepers. I tried calling back customer support and was told that there was nothing they could do. This is not considered a defect so they cannot help me. I am very dissatisfied with this answer and cannot believe they call this customer service.
