I've been seeing a number of recent ads for this program in which the ad itself clearly violates laws concerning what can and cannot be said in the course of promoting a program or company.

What do others think? Should the owner (Ashraf Mufareh) be fined for not policing his members better, or do people feel that the program is itself encouraging this illegal behavior?
