BEWARE!!! BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO DEAL WITH THIS SERVICE CENTRE OF HP! THEY HAVE DAMAGED MY HP 530 LAPTOP AND ARE NOW NOT READY TO ACCEPT IT AND TAKE THE BLAME ON THEM. I HAD PURCHASED THIS HP 530 LAPTOP FROM XCOM INFOTECH (WHICH IS ANOTER FRAUD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH) AND IN APRIL THIS YEAR, MY HP 530 LCD SCREEN DEVELOPED CERTAIN FAULTS THEREFORE I TOOK IT ALONG TO XCOM INFOTECH, KALINA, SANTACRUZ (E) FOR LCD SCREEN REPLACEMENT. XCOM INFOTECH FURTHER FORWARDED THIS HP 530 LAPTOP TO THIS DISGUSTING AND FRAUD HP SERVICE CENTRE “ASHTECH INFOTECH PVT LTD”, MAHALAXMI FOR SCREEN REPLACEMENT. HOWEVER THESE IDIOTS & COMPLETELY UNEDUCATED SERVICE CENTRE DIDN’T ACCEPT THE REPLACEMENT OF MY LCD SCREEN AS THEY CONSIDERED IT AS PHYSICALLY DAMAGE WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE FIRST CONTACTED ME WHO IS AN END CUSTOMER AND ASK ABOUT THE ACTUAL REASON FOR THE LCD SCREEN ISSUE TO ARISE. NOW ONCE I RECEIVED THIS HP 530 LAPTOP BACK, I FOUND THAT THE FRONT-BOTTOM SIDE OF MY LCD HAD ALL BALL POINT MARKS AT BOTH THE ENDS, THE TOP-LEFT SIDE OF THE COATING HAD CAME OFF THIS MAKING THE FRONT SIDE LOOK UGLY. NEXT, I NOTICED THAT THE DOUBLE-CLICK ON THIS TOUCHPAD IS NOT WORKING??? ONE MORE SHOCKING FACTOR I NOTICED WAS THAT THE FAN SPEED AT THE SIDE OF THE VENTILATION ( FROM WHERE THE AIR ESCAPES) IS NOW RUNNING AT AN EXTREMELY HIGHER SPEED THEN IT USED TO WHEN I SENT THIS LAPTOP TO THEM VIA XCOM INFOTECH. Now could you understand from my bad experience? I never had all these faults in my HP 530 Laptop however, after sending it to Ashtech Infotech Pvt Ltd, all of these issues have arise and now they are simply keeping silence...nobody has any answer to this...I couldn’t believe that an HP service centre could be like this.

One more piece of information I would like to share over here from my learning experience is that if you have any issues with your HP Laptop / Desktop, do not approach this Small service centre. Yes, this is a small service centre for HP India. If you like to visit an actual professional service centre in Mumbai, then you can visit their Saki Naka Branch, Andheri (e). This service centre of HP is extremely big, much well organized and looks posh (Has all modern looks) and then there’s a big board of HP right outside their service centre. So, visiting here and depositing your laptop will be a peace of mind then to depositing your valuable laptop at such dishonest service centre called: “Ashtech Infotech Pvt Ltd”. Trust me, you later will regret...like how I am at this point of time and in this case, I never in first place insisted on sending across my laptop to such small and a service centre which is unheard of. It is this XCOM Infotech who sent across my laptop to “Ashtech Infotech Pvt Ltd” even though being well aware of the main service centre of HP located at Saki Naka, Andheri (e)...I mean why just need to take a chance unreasonably when there’s better service centre available who works more responsibly???
