Ordered a table top claw arcade game from these folks. Learned after ordering (via e-mail confirmation) that it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. That time frame was several weeks too long. Cancelled order immediately. Never received confirmation of cancelled order. Called customer service number several times. Mailbox was always full. Company charged my credit card within hours of order being placed and cancelled. Product arrived six weeks later with a different phone number on the UPS packaging slip. This phone number was disconnected. This company should not be in business. Very disappointed. Have learned my lesson. Hope another is saved from making a big mistake.
