I went to Aspen dental as per their advertisements on TV, to check into dentures, at a reasonable price. I had my "free x rays" and "free consultation" and was told my teeth had to come out and dentures "the best" would cost me $4065.00..full top and partial bottom...

Well everyone wants the best especially teeth. They offered me a loan with CareCredit I took $2000.00 with the credit company and was going to pay $2065.00 cash...

I had an impression taken, came back for the fit test and it was to big - came back for refit, waited over one hour and one half - went to desk canceled all future services... Will follow up with my own dentist. I was having second thoughts anyway , it didn't seem right that all of a sudden I needed such extensive treatment as I go to the dentist frequently. The one impression they billed me for at the price of $690.00 and to top it off the were scamming me by telling me I needed services I didn't need... The costs were never broken down to let me know what each part would cost and I was totally shocked when I was called and got the bill - They scammed me terribly and I am so upset.. I need to find help to stop this overcharging and scamming...

I had new x-rays was told a totally different story by my dentist, I only need 1 tooth pulled, one filled and a partial at a total of $1000.00.
