Dear,
I bought a laptop exactly two years now. I recall trying to copy and burn music on my computer to no avail. I suddenly called the acer customer service to report that eventhough the icons on my desktop say I could do so, I actually didi not have reason for this operation until after a long time.
When I did call the customer service, I was immediately referred to the technical department which bluntly told me that my purchsae had exceeded the warranty period of one year.
Again, just about that time, I was also experiencing some problem with the tap to Click pad on the compter. The technical department then advised that I mail the computer to an address in Texas which I did. But when they finally returned the computer after almost onte month, the problem remained unresolved.
I immediately called the customer service to report that I was indeed still experiencing the same problem that made me to spend my hard earned money to mail my computer to Texas. But lo and behold, the response I got from the from the customer service Associate was so rude that I insisted talking to the supervisor of that department.
Little did I know that the customer service associate was even more polite given the type of words that came out the socalled supervisor's mouth. Since then I decided to ride this out until at such time that my anger would build down and above all, I did receive a desk top computer from my cousin that I've been using til now.
Finally, I decided to put this issue to rest once and for all by using this forum to seek redress because I 've beenhurting so much. Imagine paying almost a thousand dollars for a laptop, a very low quality priter, and a rooter which package I've never opened since it was delivered to my home let alone using. I therefore dicided to write this email hoping that will be read by a God fearing individual or manager who will act and let me enjoy the product that i've paid all this money for.
Many Thanks
Trully Yours,
Jaysay Kear
