I did the Comcast Netbook rebate deal from comcast. I asked a lot of questions and documented everything. When I spoke on the phone with customer service, they kept giving me different answers about the reciept of my submission.
I started to do some research. I saw lots of complaints about unfullfilled rebated and started to worry. I found the email for the corporate office and emailed Debbie Garrett [[email protected]]. She took care of me. I recieved my netbook yesterday. It's nicer than I thought it would be and I am very happy.
There was no delay in processing my order and the netbook I recieved is better than the one they told me they were going to send. (and it's purple, yayyyy!)
