Ordered two items and billed for two but received one. I called and received a RMA # for the return of the one item received in February 2010 and now it is May 2010 and I never received a credit. No one will answer the phone at 1-877-340-6408 and you are put on hold and after holding for almost 30 minutes to a hour the phone just disconnects. Also while holding it automated voice will tell you to go to www.fastservicetoday.com for faster service but when you try to create a login it does not work. The original number on the packing slip has been disconnected 1-800-604-9575. The address given for Smoke Assassin is the address I was given for the return. The address on the packing slip is 134 Main Street, Lewiston Maine. An investigation needs to be done on this company because they are riping people off; they took my $150.00 and I do not have the product.
