I have paid &200 for assessment in order to have my international credits evaluated. At very first phone call, I spoke a lady on the phone, she specifically told me that I can apply and send my documents, 3 days AFTER they receive my documents they will ask me if I want to go ahead to complete my evaluation, otherwise I can cancel even though they have my documents and fee will be refunded.
However, when I decided to cancel BEFORE I send my documents, they told me fee will not be refunded. This is clearly not what I was told over the phone. They don't even have any of my documentation, and therefore, have not even started to review anything at that point.
-First person on the phone said that refund will be issued 3 days after they receive my documentation ( they are supposed to call me)
- On the other hand, they keep emailing me there was a term no refund will be issued 3 days after they receive payment. But this is not absolutely what I was informed at first place.
Because of this, I have not been able to receive $200 assessment fee.
I would like to have your help.
