I've used this host for several websites. I used to have good service and no problems. I've since heard that they changed ownership. In the past 2 years I have had horrendous service with them.

For example, I had a website that was set to expire on Nov. 14. I received notice of this on Nov. 12. On Nov. 13 I renewed the site, and a few days later it disappeared. After 2 months (!!) of attempting to contact them by support ticket, email and phone, I received nothing more than auto-replies or boiler plate email messages saying that they would look into it.

This is just one example. I have sites hosted with other companies and have never experienced anything remotely like this. Avoid at all costs.
