Our business relocated to an address where AT & T could not provide service, thus we had to cancel our AT & T service and change to another carrier. The AT & T representative gave me a fax number and told me to send a letter explaining that AT&T service was not available at our new location and the termination fees would be waived.
Now, I get a bill for hundreds of dollars in termination fees. When I called back, a different rep told me that they don't have a fax number or such a policy and I am stuck with the fees.
They are either liars or incompetent or both.
