I transferred my AT & T DSL high speed dry-loop internet from my old apartment to my new apartment. The installation date given to me was 06/29/09 (Monday). When I checked my Internet service on 06/29/09 I found out that it was not working. Hence I tried for 2 more days and it still didn’t work. After all my tries I called AT & T customer service. They informed me that the problem could be outside my building premises and they (AT & T) will get it fixed. After 2 days 07/03/09 I received a call from AT&T informing that the problem which was outside my house was fixed, so now when I checked my internet it was still not working. Hence I called AT&T again and informed them about the problem. Now the AT&T rep informed me that the outside problem is fixed and now there is an INSIDE problem in your building and then they gave me an appointment for 07/06/09 (Monday) to send a technician inside my house to get it fixed. The technician came in as scheduled on 07/06/09 inside my house and checked all the wiring and then he informed me that the Inside problem is fixed and then he told me that it’s an OUTSIDE PROBLEM and then he walked away.
Can anyone please figure out what the problem is and FIX IT so that I can have internet access. When I contact the OUTSIDE reps from AT&T, they tell me that it’s an inside problem and when I contact the INSIDE rep, he tells me VICE-VERSA.
