!st. They change my service to u-verse without informing
they had to come to re-install the land line again
The contract was for 99.99 a month and I always paid more until I got confuse with the many invoices I was paying -I call always for more than 2 hours and at the end no body knew what to said.
I was without internet for two months and without telephone for one. Then I cancell sending their devices(03-03-10 model 1ze86996 UPS 03 342 9608) that they want to charge. I am with COMCAST now and they want to charge me almost six hundred dollars. Why?
They are ready to trap you but not to serve you. I even sent them a letter with the invoice papers but they answer with the Credit Collector Services.
