Ordered Service for my 88 yr old Mother for May 13th. This new service order was also for installation of a jack. It is May 19th and my Mother who lives alone is still waiting for a phone jack so she can communcate with family or to call for help with medical etc. Have called for 4 days straight and no one can assist. Continued to be informed that I can speak with a Supervisor but that never happens and they never call me back. I told them this was thier mistake and they need to correct it asap due to possible medical care and monitoring. They will do nothing. I was told: well at least you will not be charged until the jack is in and working. paraphase. Amazing response. This must be a joke.
Attempted to call At & T corporate office and pushed the button for executive department and was sent right back to first menu.
There may be no executive department. At & t should not bank of future projections for revenue or customer service as they will soon defeat thier own purpose once they find out what that is.
