Mystery charge
On June 17, my 87 year mother ordered some Arthrizen, hoping it would help her arthritis. Turned out it didn't work. On July 24, her bank account was charged $19.95 by a company called At Home Rewards. After searching on the internet, I found their customer service number and called. They agreed to credit her account for the $19.95. I asked how this occurred, as my mother did not recall calling or signing up for anything. The representative said she had responded to a TV ad on June 17th... hmmm, the same date that she had called and ordered Arthrizen.
I am sending a letter to the Attorney General of Indiana to alert them of this possible scam.

Fraudulent acc charges!
I have recently found a charge from At Home Rewards (http://ahome-rewards.com) on my CC, unwanted and not applied for. I called my bank and they can do nothing but tell me it's a monthly charge (starting March 2008). I have a new phone number for them and will call today (Wednesday). Multiple e-mails to them from their site as well as the mother company (Adaptive Marketing) has resulted in nothing. I am sure they got my CC number from any of multiple sites they also own, like Credit Diagnosis and Privacy Matters 123. It's easy to find on the credit card because they start all charges with AP9 name. The number listed on the CC charge for them is 800-511-0046.
I also have been charged $14.95 three years after all those other complaints listed on this site. They're still doing it, and they need to be stopped. You can do a Whois search and get the mother-company phone number. Except for calling my bank every month to have the charge removed, I don't know what else to do. They have a "cancel" thing on their site, but with no member ID, I have no idea how to click it.
I have no idea if this is the same as all the other At Home Rewards complaints, but it sure sounds like it.

These people need to be stopped!
At Home Rewards - www.athome-rewards.com
These people need to be stopped somehow. I was charged on two different accounts for things I did not want or order. After I called, they cancelled and returned some of my money. Now they are charging me again on a different item and I can't get a response.

Fraudulent credit card charges
I started seeing a deduction on my credit card statement and thought it was from a purchase made on e-bay. This month (May, 2007) I again noticed the deduction of $14.95 and started to look into it. Being a Sunday, the company was not open, I turned to the internet and found that a similar experience had happened to "Kevin". I then went back to my previous bills and the charge has been every month since January! I neither know what this is or what it is for, but at any rate, did not order anything from this company. I plan on notifying my Visa bank on Monday for fraudulent charges against ATHOMEREWASRDS. Has anyone else experienced this with this company?

No refund received after cancellation
I subscribed to their internet site and after receiving the information on line 3 days later I read it and decided I was not interested and I immediately canceled. I have written numerous emails asking when I can expect them to credit 14.95 for the service and 14.95 for the 24 hour protection back to my debit card and to my surprise i have heard not one word. I can't find a phone number for them and it has been 2 weeks since I canceled I am tired of waiting I want my hard earned money back. Can you help me. I do not have a printer to print out and send cancellation confirmation from them but IO can attach to an email.

Scam membership
This company takes advantage of consumers with valid credit cards and offers you many free gifts, but you need to surrender your credit card numbers for 5 different charges every month after a 30 days grace period. This is a big proof for everyone that nothing in this life is for free. Then, when you want to ask a question about those charges, they hang the phone on you, and you feel bad, stuck with those monthly charges on your card. Also, when you call back to cancel any membership, they give you the third degree.

Keep Calling then Hang Up
They call every day at various times. They never leave a message. They seem to hang up when I answer.

I know it's a scam, and I just want the calls to stop!
I had been receiving numerous phone calls on my cell from 1-800-266-9420. I called the number back and, after several attempts, reached a representative to be removed from their list because this was a cell number. In less than an hour I got another phone call. I, again, called until someone picked up and demanded to speak directly to a supervisor. The representitive said, "I am the supervisor! What do you want?" and hung up on me. Of course they tagged me again and I answered "This is she" to a strangers name.
The opperator told me that the company was "At Home Rewards" and that they obtained my number through a credit card that I had recently signed up for (They called me some strangers name.) What kind of credit card, Visa, Wallmart? The opperator then told me, "I'm not authorized to disclose that information. For security purposes, I can only give you the last four numbers of the card and it's expiration date." I reminded her that I only wanted to be removed from the list. She then tried to tell me about the reason that the company had called me, but I cut her off saying, "That name you said wasnt even my name. This company has been calling me 10 times a day. I know it's a scam, and I just want the calls to stop, ok?" The opperator told me that the number that I called was an inbound call center, so the name that I answered to was the next person on the list to call. We ended the conversation with her company agreeing not to call my cell phone anymore.
