On this month's bill for my landline (AT&T) I noticed a new charge for "Residential Voicemail Monthly Service Fee." When I called the company (Enhanced Services Billing Inc.), I was told that my wife had signed up for this. She satates she never did this. The company quickly offered to back out the charge.
I paid my AT&T bill after substracting the charge from the total. I am awaiting next months bill to see if the charge appears again.
I agree with others who think AT&T is responsible for this scam. Why are they involved with such a company?
