DSL installation hell

AT&T is the most incompetent business I have ever experienced. For the past 66 hours, my company has been without phone/email/web access and they don't care. I spent 2 hours on the phone and the various departments - sales, status, repairs - pointed the fingers at each other. They were more concerned about blaming someone, ANYONE on why they couldn't get it right than helping my company. What makes it sadder is how rude the people on the phone were - they had no idea what to do or how to get my situation resolved. It's not rocket science people - your company is over 100 years old - can't you get business processess in order?! What a sad state of affairs for a once great company. Is it any surprise that companies like this are dying off?

8 people later and no DSL

AT&T has now been at my business 6 times (8 different people), they have lied that no one has been onsite to be able to install the DSL service. I have spoken to Gabriela (supervisor), Robert, Brenda, Nancy, Jack, Elba, Alex (Alex employee ID: CAR 357 was the worst) and many many other people. I’m on the phone now for about 2 hours so they can tell me what the next installation date will be???
So what I need is simple DSL. But AT&T is struggling to deliver on the expectations. The customer end-to-end experience is horrible and getting it right the first time is not even a concept that they can beguine to comprehend. In case someone from AT&T even cares my service order number is N89885414.
I my technical and professional opinion AT&T is good for only a dial tone but I will give all other business professionals a word of advice “Don’t use AT&T if you can avoid it”
