Tried to cancel my data plan I get through AT&T on the IPAD I have the plan for and it wouldn't take my password to cancel so I did the request my password twice and it wouldn't work either. I finally found a 800 to call on my credit card statement and after waiting all of 10 minutes to talk to a rep she told me I would have to do it on my IPAD!!! I told her about my problem with the password and there was nothing she could do other than tell me to go to a AT&T store. I didn't have to go to a store to sign up though... If I had to add more data credit because they don't have an unlimited plan she would be more than happy to take my authorization to add more using my credit card over the phone though. Done with AT&T until they get their customer service straightened out. Beware of how easy it is for them to accept your money but how difficult they make it to cancel...
