After Normal AT&T Tech support could not solve my home wireless internet problems was handed off to the supose super TECH who would find my proble and correct it. This service, called the "Single Instance Remote Service" were going to connect upto my computer and solve my problems. I told him up front that my problem was that I could not connect to the internet and therefor he could not remotely operate my computer. He putted around asked me to try this or that still no connection and after delaying and dragging his feet for 30 mim. anounced my problem was the modem, this could not be because other computers in my house were connected and working fine. Still he refered me to the parts dept. Now I received my bill and there is a $138.00 charge for this service. In that no adiquate service was provided I called ATT billing they said I had to pay for the services be caused he tried. AT&T/he played me even though they knew that he wasn' t going be able to provide the remote service I agreed upon still he manage to drag it out inorder to bill me.
My contention is any contact/agreement requires both parties to deliver, they did not provide the services as advertised.
