AT&T Tech support plus sucks. One day a spent more than 60 minutes of my time on phone trying to talk to a representative. Yes more than 60 mins! This is horrible! Has anyone experienced this so far? Also one day I scheduled an online appointment with an AT&T tech support plus agent from like 9 am to 12 pm. Guess at what time did AT&T called me because I had an appointment with them? They called my at 5am for me to get on my computer get helped with my computer issues!
