charge on the wireless item return and usage never occure by me.
April 4, 2009 I have intended to purchase a wireless device can use internet on the laptop. After try out the device and found the result very poor for my use, so I have returned the device to the store where i have purchased within 30 days.
The store is at 11520- E Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. The sales associate is call "OSAHON". He was very courtesy, that was on the April 14, 2009.
Beginning this month I have a bill from AT & T charge me for the usage of this device (202-344-5170 device assigned wireless #), in the amount of $343.46 between the date 4/25/09 to 05/25/09. I do not understand how can I using the device, which I have already return it 04/17/2009. I have tried to reason with them and the custom service still said I am responsible for the bill. That is my complaint and I do not know how to reason with them any more.

Being charged for something I didnt buy on my cell phone bill
I have been charged for things I didnt buy on my cellphone bill!!! i did not buy any of the items that the computer says i bought..The three things that were bought was a News Prediction Game, Mobile Messaging and bidforprizes.com. SO i would like for this to be REOVED from my CELLPHONE BILL!!

their mistake cost me my promised "rewards"
I called when I saw a commercial advertising a good deal on internet & phone service. The representative was smooth & told me if I ordered the services that day I would receive a "reward check" . I paid the required monies with my visa. My phone was turned on when promised, but when I tried to install my internet, a message came up & told me to call AT&T. When I called the number, they informed me that they needed additional money in order to connect my service. When I asked for the supervisor, I was told my order needed to be placed again because the rep had not entered it correctly. I did that & it turned out the supervisor was misinformed & I indeed did NOT need to pay additional fees, but they ended up changing the phone number and I was not given my "rewards" that was promised in order to get my business. I think that it would be appropriate to stand by their original offer since obviously, the mistake was their's. I did what was asked from me with the agreement that they would do what they have been advertising. It's just wrong. They cheated me.

Poor Product/Poor Customer Care
I purchased the BB Bold from ATT because I heard that it was a great product. I received a defective model (shipped to me by mail) and called customer care to replace it but that's where my problems began. They said that the refurbished phones were on a long back order (3 months wait) and because I was still within my 30 days window I didn't qualify for a new phone. I'm paying for a defenctive phone which reboots in the middle of phone calls and ATT cannot help. In addition to this issue, I discovered that ATT's customer service is poor at best. While talking calmly to a manager, the lady didn't know how to respond to my argument so she hung up on me. I never experience such rude behavior before in my life.
I regret switching from T-Mobile (great customer care) to ATT. Even though T-Mobile is a smaller company, their customer care is superior, the rate plans are much cheaper and the products are better.

USBI charge
Recently I have received my regular phone bill(AT&T) which included long distance with internet. But Today i recieved my phone bill and was charged $14.82 for USBI. My sister called them and they said that someone had sign up for the USBI account. Which we have not sign up for. So we have been ripped off, because we have not ordered USBI.

Driver ran me and others off the highway
Monday morning, May 18, 2009 at approximately 8:15 am, I was run off Interstate 55 by an AT&T truck driven by a woman. I did not wreck and as I tried to catch up to her she continued her weaving into the other lanes running two other cars out of their lanes. They also were spared from a wreck. I had difficulting identifying the truck because the rear door of her truck was openwhere you normally see a "call this number if you don't like my driving" . The following blue number was on the side of the truck: 8030078. Also, the license number was 67B 9GE and looked to be a Missouri license. I was able to get near enough to see that she was talking on a cell phone and I am quite sure she was not aware of the panic she was creating by weaving back and forth across lanes. I was grateful to leave the highway at my exit near the Busch brewery. I have spent the last 24 hours trying to find some way of communicating to AT&T but as you know AT&T makes it very hard to make a complaint. They need to get this careless person off the road.

Reward/Rebate
I ordered my new cell phone and blue tooth the end of January and still have not received my Visa card Rebates. One was supposed to be for $50and the other for $20. It has been 4months now. I have never had this problem when I purchased teh phines in the store, however, I have done nothing but jump through hoops to try to get this Rebate which still isn't here. I received text months ago telling me it was being processed. I don't recommend buying the phones and accesories on-line especially if the Rebate is appealing to you.

Terrible experience
Bought 2 cell phones and plan from At&T Wireless mobile. Recently Moved to Leisureworld in Silver Spring, Maryland and was unable to make or receive calls from apartment. Just discovered there is extremely limited accessibility here. Have to go outside to make or receive phone calls. Tried to cancel plan as the phone service is worthless here. AT&T refuses to end contract without penalty fee.
Questioned what the sense of having a phone service with no network access! Totally disappointed in this company and will never use AT&T services again. They have no sense of customer service. We had to get a landline through comcast. Called customer service at AT&T which did not get us anywhere.

they refuse to fix my issues
we cannot get anyone from att to fix our lines to work properly, we have been battling for a year now, and im exausted as a consumer. everytime it rains our dsl lines go down . they come out after the rains of course, never when we need them, they have given us cards with there names on them to call, we call they dont get back with us until it is convenient for them. ive talk to vicky from the dsl repair manager dept iin california, she doesnt have a clue, what its takes to keep costomers happy, i want to here we will do what ever it takes to make you satified...what ashame how big companies just loose the very importants by not even hiring compatent people any more...i think what was most disturbing was when vicki the manager wants to give us her number, we call when we need her no answer, then she asks well, do you want my number or not... i feel like saying well do you want my business or not? foolish people in charge, bring back the old school customer service, maybe your company will really thrive 10 fold... very concerned if any thing will even happen . claude vansant 209-836-8819

this company does nothing to contact me after i have called them and written them a personal letter stating my complaints. at&t said i would receive a coupon for a rebate of my modem that at&t sent me.i paid 49.95.
also, they did not adjust my bill, after they said they would due to me having trouble getting on-line after a week and a half due to their error of sending the signal to fast to my computer.last, at&t makes no attempt to
talk to me or write a letter about my concerns.
