Billing
Had bundled service through AT&T with Dish Network. Disconnected all service in October in the middle of billing cycle. Dish Network credited my account for the middle of the month charges and AT&T claims they did not recieve this credit of $69.70 and is billing me for it. Several calls were made to Dish Network/AT&T to no avail. One says one thing and the other denies it.

Owe 219.00
I purchased a computer and with it came an AT&T air card, the card has never worked well so I wanted to discontinue service. They would not discontinue my service unless I knew my pass code. I was unable to remember and the only way to get a new pass code is to go to a corp AT&T location and show 2 forms of ID. I travel and have been unable to get to a location, so I asked that they just discontine the service. I sent a final check in March along with a letter and copied the president of AT&T. They still kept billing me, I have not idea how the bill got to 219.00 dollars when I pay it monthly and the monthly charge is only 40.00; I have been paying 62.99. I have spoken with the office of the president to see if they could assist but I still need to go have the pass code removed at a corp location before the president will speak with me about my account. I will take care of that this week so that I can get someone ot discuss why I am being charged 219.00????? This is not fair and I will never use AT&T again nore would I recommed them to anyone.
I will also, fax a copy of the letter I wrote to them with my final check

DSL install
I have been along time AT&T customer. I recently moved three streets from my current home. Moving was bad enough but moving my AT&T services has become a nightmare. From the 30 plus minute wait time to the hang ups from the customer no service team. The tech that came to install Sao he could do it mo problem but we needed permission to do so as they were capping line in the area. He further explained that his dies it all the time for existing customers like myself but wouldn't be able to offer it to a new customer. He told me what to ask for and gave me the number then the no service excuses began. I still have no service and have waisted 3 days. I'm ready to take my service after all these yeas elsewhere. I gues my 456.90 a month isnt enough for them to care.

lousy phone service
since the buy out of alltel our phone service in the del norte co. area has been almost impossible. many of us are considering switching to verison. at&t needs to step up or give us back to alltel.

Advertising contract
Need to cancel contract for advertising I was missed informed or misunderstood the agreement. Can't afford to pay for this advertising. I have tried to cantact my sales representive Mr. Joseph Jorden about this matter but have not receive any return calls. Need to cancel.

Cell phone bill
My cell phone bill was 99.00 month but it's all ways around $125 to $145 a month. It's been up and down for like this for about 2 years now. Every talk to them they ways say I made some kinda on line service but I don't get on line with my cell phone. So I switch to there $68.00 a month service I never paid $68.00 a month I'm paying now
$98.00 to $120.00 a month now. Me and AT&T been going back and forward on this I said please seen me a bill showing me a complete brake down of what I'm paying. They sent me out new bills the pass few months and they do not show me a complete brake down of what I'm paying. This is not right- is there any better cell service out there so I change over.

Charges for services never ordered and poor service
I received a letter from AT&T, my land line, Internet and cell phone provider, saying that I have an overdue bill for $130 for UVerse, what I think is its bundled TV-Phone-Internet service, that I NEVER ordered! I didn't even owned a TV for the past 3 years.
Not to mention, months ago they sent me a letter telling me that I had to pay in advance for my bills because I was late making payments, which doesn't make any sense since I am enrolled in Autopay.
And, I own a iPhone that I use only to browse the Internet since it is impossible to make a call without being disconnected for no reason.

Cell Upgrade
AT&T IS A RIP OFF!! How is it that AT&T can push back their customer's cell phone upgrade date 7 months b/c of a late payment that didn't process through the proper channels? I am pissed and to add insult to injury AT&T charges a reactivation fee on top of your monthly bill PLUS push back your cell phone upgrade date 7 months which forces the customer to pay FULL PRICE for a cell phone that would normally be FREE if your cell is NOT in their system!! I AM SERIOUSLY SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE ON THIS MATTER!! AT&T RETHINK POSSIBLE...WHAT A JOKE!!

Lies in advertising
AT&T uverse advertises 30 days risk free service. Service didnt work and seeking support was futile. After hours of being transferred and waiting, I cancelled service. Now they say I owe $235 for my less than 30 day trial period. They say the risk free policy only means that they cancel one month's $30 service fee but I must pay the $235 for installation. I now receive pre-recorded threats on my phone as a result of my risk-free trial.

service cut off
I am getting cut off during phone calls to my wife who has the same service and phone company. Also this 3G network is no good!
