I have been trying for 3 days to access my account information on AT&T, where I pay for local, long distance and DSL services. The website is absolutely hopeless. Entered my user ID and password, the site goes to a blank page on MacOs Safari and MacOs Firefox. On Windows Firefox, it simply says the ID is not valid, then I eventually got to where I could enter my 10-digit phone number and billing zip code, and it says I don't exist (only been here 20+ years). Tried calling various phone numbers as instructed, and it just goes in trees that all end in never-never-land, NO option to reach a human operator.
WHO DO THEY HAVE DESIGNING AND MAINTAINING (HA!) THEIR WEBSITE? SAME EINSTEIN MAINTAINING THEIR CUSTOMER DATABASE?
