I am writing to you with regards to the account #85293296 with AT&T internet service.
I would like to dispute the amount of $40.00 that
they are charging me. I talked to them & emailed them about the cancellation. And as far as I know this was already settled in my phone conversation with them on 6/15. Also, sent them email as a proof of my cancellation & that they will not charge me.
I was surprised that they are charging me with the service that I did not even get.
I was really disappointed with their service . I cannot connect to the internet. I called their customer service for assistance but nobody can help me. They never even initiated that they will send somebody for help. So I decided to cancel the internet account & look for another company who could provide a good service & the quickest.
Also, I called & emailed them several times regarding my cancellation because I received a bill. Their response is always they will call or email me in a few days but nobody did.
I can provide you with the email communications as a proof. However, I don't have a scanner here. Can I just fax it to you?
Please advice.
