I was a loyal customer for over 5 years when my service began to become poorer. I accidentally broke my new phone and then I terminated my service during the buyers remorse period and and was told the termination fee would be waived due to this fact. This month they billed me for it after lying to me about waiving it. They said I have to return the phone which still worked and I have given it away to someone who still has their service. I called them and I offered to pay for the phone, because I figure I do owe them that, and they told me either send the phone back period or pay. The only option they gave me was to come back to their overpriced service withing 60 days. I am disabled and cannot afford this and I simply won't pay after having been lied to and essentially blackmailed. I left their service because it degraded in quality and was too expensive for me, and I would gladly pay for that phone, but since they wish to press the issue of the termination fee, I don't care. let them send it to collection, I am not giving them one red cent.
