Atlanta Fixtures advertised a Bakers Pride Pizza Oven on eBay for just over $9000. I used the buy it now option, contacted the dealer to confirm the details of the order and gave my credit card information. The card was charged and they called by phone to arrange delivery details. Then they sent an email stating the price was actually $4000 more and wanted to know if I still wanted the item. When you purchase an item on eBay you acknowledge that you are legally obligated to buy the item. It seems the seller is not legally obligated to sell at the price advertised though. Atlanta Fixtures refused to sell me the item at the advertised price and canceled my order after several phone calls and emails. EBay did not respond to my complaint about the seller.
