ATT - changed my plan without any communications and when I cancelled all services with ATT they argued that I would have to pay for a phone that wasn't working and that the minutes were used
Here is the bizarre part of the whole incident. While on the tele with the ATT representative on 3 occaisions we called the cell to see if anyone answered the cell. I had the cell in my hand and it never rang nor did anyone answer the cell.

I have never been so disgusted with a cell service. Here is the lighter side to the irony
