We have had a "nightmare" getting these products set up with AT&T back in September, 2010. After numerous calls and conversations with AT&T representatives to discuss an unbelievable amount of issues related to U-Verse and wireless Internet, and asking about credits and our rebate we are entitled to, we are still waiting to get decent service and receive our $50 rebate. Originally, we were told it would be $100!
Today, I called again (at least 12 calls to their offices since September and documented with names of representatives) and they said they (her name today was April) would call me back in 30 minutes to an hour. Three hours later, I still haven't heard from anyone. Meanwhile, we continue to wait for our rebate and must deal with intermittent service. Please help us.
