I am a new DSL user. Upon signing up for this service, I was to get a rebate to cover the cost of the modem. ATT & T is showing a 10 installment charge which adds up to the cost of the modem. I was not directed as to how to obtain the rebate. I would like to get an answer other than your numerous menu options when I call.
