Hi, I guess we are not the only one complaining here :(. I ordered a service plan for $50++, now I paid $79++ and said have a balance of $115++.
My service plan is unlimited calling in all states ( because I'm calling my clients) and includes caller ID, call waiting & more...
Now, I am so disappointed and surprised with my bill . I've been trying to contact them over the phone, no online tech support, no email.
I just noticed when I'm paying my bill, its easy to pay ( no hassle at all) even when I called the toll free #... wow.. unbelievable!...(ATT ... its all about money huh!)
